Great day out walking the Rabacal Levada hike. The walk was stunning - amazing scenery and so interesting to follow the levadas and walk through the tunnel at the end. While the walk was busy, it did not detract from the day in any way. It was an easy 12km walk - a few steep ups and downs but well worth it! The bus trip to and from the hike made the day very easy and provided bonus stunning views of the island. Highly recommended.★

Daniela was our Tuk Tuk guide . She was punctual , informative and knowledgeable. She chatted to us as a friend , not a guide which I personally love . The Botanical Gardens surpassed anything I was expecting . You could spend hours up there . I would definitely recommend this tour . It’s like a 3 in 1 as you get to know loads about Funchal in the Tuk Tuk, it’s great fun and then you get to walk around a beautiful garden . You do have to pay the admission fee for the garden (€10 ) but totally worth it . Daniela dropped us off exactly where we asked which is another plus for this tour .★
