I lost my ID card when I got off the plane. The local hotel and tour guide were very enthusiastic to help me contact Sanya and Beijing airports. Although I solved the problem myself in the end, I thank the Trip.com team for the enthusiasm and thanks to the local hotel for making an exception for me to stay first. Although the hotel is not a super star by the sea, the environment and service are absolutely great, and it is very enjoyable to swim in the pool every day. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a big supermarket, so the first thing on the day is to fill the refrigerator. A few days of local tour guide is Ms. Yuan, very professional, in many details can lead the team to go less, see more scenery and performances, introduce more content, and later with Yuan tour guide became a good friend, added WeChat and contact. In fact, now the content of travel products is getting bigger and bigger, and only by starting with the service can customers firmly remember a more meaningful trip. This trip made me a fan of Trip.com , and the next time I set off, I must also start from Trip.com !
