I joined the Queenstown Wine & Food Tour earlier this month, and it honestly turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. The weather couldn’t have been better.
Our guide Claire was fantastic. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the region. She kept the day relaxed and fun, sharing just the right amount of info about the wines and the area’s history without ever feeling rushed.
We visited Mt Rosa, Kinross, and Gibbston Valley, and each had its own vibe and amazing wines to taste. Lunch at Kinross was a standout — I had the fried chicken paired with their Chardonnay, which was absolutely delicious.
Everything about the tour felt really well organised, but still super easygoing — no stress, no rushing, just great company, great wine, and amazing scenery.Trip.com Picks
