I highly recommend it. We bought tickets from Padang Bay to Gili Air on the Wahana boat. The boat was super comfortable, new, and clean. Everything was well-organized and easy to understand. The people working for this company are committed to ensuring you board the boat and are very helpful. A day before departure, they messaged us on WhatsApp with a transfer offer. The price was cheaper than a taxi. The driver arrived on time, having previously sent us our boat tickets on WhatsApp, sent us the geolocation of our check-in location, and drove us directly to the check-in counter for their boat. The boat wasn't overcrowded, we had a very comfortable ride, and we only stopped at one island along the way. The journey from Bali to Air took two hours, including the stopover. Kudos to the carrier. Oh yeah! By the way, we used Ekajaya before; it's considered the best, so there you have it. Ekajaya's boats are a bit tired now, with cockroaches and very dense crowding. Perhaps because it's so heavily advertised. We used one to return from the islands, so we have something to compare it to.★

Great fastboat with air conditioning. Departing the morning departure without any problem and very fast same as what described. I recommend to go for the morning trip as a direct trip from Padangbai to Gili Trawangan and also the wave is not very rough. Overall, excellent experience★

Very easy and convenient to book! After making the reservation, I simply went to the ticket counter, showed my QR code, and received my ticket. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. Much better and cheaper than buying tickets from the street vendors trying to attract tourists. Highly recommended!★

We traveled with D'Camel. It was very convenient and comfortable. We traveled from Sanur to Trawangan with a stop on Lembongan Island. The main thing is to arrive at the port early and find the D'Camel office near the hub to exchange e-tickets (purchased on Trip.com in our case) for boarding passes. Any employee will direct you. But it's roughly located at the market next to the port itself, about 50 meters from the train station. Then, near the train station, 30 minutes before departure, passengers are called out loudly by boat name. They lead you to the boat through a corridor of employees; you won't get lost, everything is clear there. The boat is comfortable, modern, the air conditioning works great, as does the toilet. It's warmer in the front, while the air conditioning is stronger in the back, which is cooler. Some people rode on top, which is great, but there's a very strong wind. The boat follows its route. We weren't asked to get off anywhere; people just got on and off at each stop, each one heading their own way. The drive from Sanur to Trawangan took four hours, with two five-minute stops. Very convenient! We recommend D'Camel.
