Reviews: Mount Cook Tasman glacier helicopter and ski plane dual aircraft sightseeing experience (includes snow mountain landing)
Guest User2026-05-31
It was quite interesting. We originally wanted to book a 3-hour session, which included about 2 hours of glacier hiking, but it was always fully booked. So we changed to this ski lift + helicopter tour + 20-minute ice activity. During the chechin, we were asked to pay an extra NZ$20 fuel surcharge per person. While I can understand this, it wasn't mentioned beforehand, so it was actually a breach of contract by the business.★

Reviews: Aoraki / Mount Cook Tasman glacier helicopter/snow plane aerial sightseeing experience | optional dual aircraft/time slot

The flight over Mount Cook was the most worthwhile part of this New Zealand trip. The flight was smooth, and we got up close to the beautiful snow-capped mountains. We even stopped to play in the snow – it was such a wonderful experience, something you can't experience in China.Trip.com picks
