Reviews: Interlaken or Grindelwald - Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe round-trip train ticket, Bern, Switzerland|Optional cable car ride up and down|All-inclusive multi-segment train tickets

The customer service was always helpful and patient. It was my first time visiting the Jungfraujoch, and I felt uneasy without having experienced it myself. The train, then the cable car, then the cogwheel train, all sounded quite complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying them individually, and the customer service was incredibly detailed and informative. I give it a thumbs-up!

Trip.com Customer service is very satisfied, and all kinds of questions can be answered patiently. When taking the train, you must figure out the direction. The train can be cycled through, and it is more complicated. It is recommended that the cable car and another route train. It is still necessary to reserve a seat, so that you can cover the bottom. Even if you arrive early, you can queue up in accordance with the no-booked way. On August 10, 2025, there was a lot of traffic to Jungfrau on this day, but there was basically no long queue. The Swiss organization management was very orderly and effective. We did not go according to the scheduled time, even if we arrived early, we were always there. There is no long queue.

I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I could choose to use 15 days within two months, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.
