We were a group of five, and the hotel was picked up right on time. The first stop, after an hour and a half's drive, was the Yao women's village. The show costs extra (80 yen) and isn't worth it; despite the traditional costumes, it's a tourist show. After another half-hour's drive, we stopped for lunch. I would have preferred to continue on rather than waste an hour sitting at a table. Luckily, after lunch, we reached the rice terraces and took a nice walk. They were harvesting rice, so it was interesting.
