The tour was simply fantastic. All the itinerary details and schedules were followed, and all attraction tickets were included. We didn't have to pay any extras (except, obviously, drinks and personal expenses). We had plenty of time to enjoy each place without rushing, and the guide, a guy named Jay, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. We had a great time and made new friends! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!★

Amazing tour from Heritage, and our guide Two was awesome, funny and knowledgable at the same time. The pick up was right on time, smooth ride, the locations they picked for the tour were amazing, we had enough time fo visit everything. Also the lunch was rich and amazing. Overall, a perfectly organize and executed tour.★

Excellent company, everything was clearly organized, picked up from the hotel, the guide speaks good English, is attentive to each participant even though the bus is full, I recommend taking comfortable shoes and clothes and a headband, as you have to move a lot, a wonderful boat ride, all the views are breathtaking, the lunch was good with fruit, I highly recommend it!★

When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.★

There were no issues with the organization. The guide wasn't very involved in the tour. Essentially, a driver would have been sufficient. The guide simply ensured that everything was as if you were walking around on your own.
