When booking a private car for a cruise company, I couldn't buy it directly from the site of a Vietnamese company with my credit card (it caught in security), so I decided to buy a shuttle car plan at Trip.com. It is safe to contact the person in charge very carefully through Watts Up. Even if you go for the first time, you will not be worried, so it is reliable and recommended. The round-trip from hotels in Hanoi to travel companies in the suburbs of Hanoi was only one of us by ordinary passenger cars. In the waiting room of the travel company, you will transfer to the minivan instructed by the staff and then leave. The minivan was comfortable, but the outbound route was about 30 minutes in the waiting room of the travel company. We recommend leaving with a plan with plenty of room.★
