It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!

We were picked up from our hotel in the Old Quarter at the agreed time and taken by limousine bus to the port. We took a small ferry to the cruise ship and our journey began. The service was friendly at all times; they helped us with our luggage, offered towels and welcome drinks, and the cabins were cozy and clean. The cruise ship in general is well-maintained, and the staff is lovely. The excursions are worthwhile, but if you're tired, you can stay put and relax, enjoying the incredible views from your cabin and the rest of the ship. It's worth mentioning that since we traveled on Christmas Eve, there was a surprise visit from Santa Claus, themed games, and a few other details (I don't want to give away any spoilers).

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.

We really enjoyed the cruise. The ship was large and we didn't feel any rocking. We saw so many stunning sights and views. It was definitely worth the money. The tour guide was very friendly and helpful.
