It was a lot of tours. The guide contacted me with WhatsApp from the day before, so I wasn't worried. Halong Bay itself is quite a tourist destination, so there are many people. The limestone cave is very large and spectacular.

Initially, there were questions about transfers and other matters. The description stated that the tour departed from Hanoi, but when the voucher arrived, it stated that we needed to arrive in Halong Bay. It took several days to figure out that the tour program included a departure in Hanoi. The issue was later resolved at no extra charge. Of course, there should be options for choosing the departure point and adjusting the price accordingly. Overall, the cruise was fantastic. The ship is cozy, the food is delicious, and the program is extensive. Alcohol on board is expensive. I'd especially like to mention the guide, Peter! He's very responsive, attentive, and positive; he makes up 50% of the success of this tour. I'll recommend him to my friends.

Booking was easy, I had to go to the pickup spot since I was out of the pickup radius but it was all super great. Driver was very nice and accommodating and spoke ok English. The bus was very comfortable and AC was full blast. 10/10 for $15.

Iris is resting. We were upgraded to the Dolphin, a fantastic boat. The newest and most luxurious boat in the entire marina. It has three floors, a restaurant on the first floor, a pool and stage on the second floor, and a hot tub on the third floor. There's also a sunset party with a band. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned. The service was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Halong Bay.


