Good day. I would like to file an official complaint regarding booking #****************. I booked a single cabin on the LOWER deck back on July 23. However, at the HK Buslines bus station, they moved my seat to the UPPER deck without my consent, offering only a refund of 50,000 VND. This is a direct violation of the terms and conditions of my booking, I demand proper refund/compensation from Trip.com for this ruined experience, I am a travel blogger, and this situation completely ruined my content plans and night sleep and I had planned a trip in advance to celebrate my birthday. I wrote to you everywhere, but you don't answer! Thank you for your understanding, Best regards, Tetiana Smoliakova

Was picked up in a regular car with 4 other passengers. Drove 20 minutes to the black mini van, changed cars, drove for about 2 hours in the mini van with 1 pit stop. Overall, everything was smooth.

This is a bus from Sapa to Halong. Everything was excellent; I even managed to sleep. There's no restroom on the bus, but there are several stops along the way.

If you're still hesitant, don't be! This is an extraordinary excursion where, for a relatively small price, you'll experience the experience of traveling on a premium luxury yacht, enjoy first-class service, a stunningly delicious lunch, and plenty of entertainment. I was alone, without friends, but I didn't feel any discomfort because the atmosphere was so friendly. The bus was spacious and the driver was excellent. A word of advice: bring a swimsuit and sunscreen, and some cash for a snack break at the bar.


