Communication was very fast and clear. Starting location in the description was unclear but as soon as we booked and texted with them they gave an exact address. Expect to hit traffic on the way there, but they are flexible with the time. All activities were very fun. We went in the winter so there weren’t many tea leaves, but picking the tea flowers was fun.

Although this is my third time watching the Impression West Lake show here, and the previous two shows were similar, this time there's been a significant change. The storytelling was better than before, but the scale and dance performances maintained the same consistently high standard.

Guide Chen Yong from Hangzhou led us on a secret route by rowing boat on West Lake, where we enjoyed the blooming flowers and mandarin ducks playing in the water. He also told us the historical legends of the scenic spots along the way. We would like to invite Guide Chen again next time.


