Since our flight arrived at Hanoi's Noi Bai Airport on a midday flight, which is a busy time for arriving flights, we used the VIP immigration service. In the corridor leading to immigration, we met a staff member who was waiting with a piece of paper bearing our names, and we were immediately escorted to the VIP gate. At the gate, we didn't have to wait in line and were able to complete immigration procedures very quickly. Everything was fine up to this point, but at the baggage claim carousel, our suitcases took forever to appear, and we ended up waiting for nearly 50 minutes. As a result, the benefits of using the VIP immigration service were ultimately negated.

As a Japanese resident, I highly recommend this spa. Although they don't speak Japanese, I can recommend this spa to anyone visiting Hanoi on business or sightseeing, thanks to the therapists' treatment skills and the hospitality of the reception staff. This time, I chose a 90-minute full-body oil massage. You can choose from four different oil scents.

The technician sister's skills are very good, much better than the experience in Taiwan, the favorite hot stone massage part, overall is very good; The fly in the ointment is a bit embarrassing that my seat is just at the door, there is a small part of the curtains that can not be pulled, the glass from the outside can be seen, but it seems that they did not find out, please ask me to change clothes directly. Then the curtain of the compartment will not be pulled up during the shampoo process, others can see, shy people may be more uncomfortable. Finally, the counter service staff took the initiative to ask if they were willing to tip. In fact, the overall service is good and I feel good. I am willing to give it, but the various places that deduct points are really uncomfortable.

Zen villa traditional Vietnamese massage is really a 5 start business! We booked a 120mins session. Were skeptical before entering the villa. We tried Thai massage several times prior to this one. Some of them were high end ones in Bangkok. None of them is comparable to Zen Vietnamese massage. The setting was beautiful. The herbed water soaking and skin scrubbing service then sauna for 5 mins all gave us really fresh experience. Then followed a 90 mins massage. The therapists were highly skilled. The massage was soothing and with good strength. We felt relaxed and refreshed. All foot/muscle soreness from walking so many steps around Hanoi was gone. Money well spent. Highly recommend!

If you want to be like tourists choose 1day halong bay cruise trip. Because it was so crowded. Cat ba island was so beautiful and chill but 1day was not enough to discover. So if you want to enjoy and chillin the nature choose cat ba island trip. But this trip wasn’t enough for expectations. Maybe I’ve expected too much depending on some good reviews.


