A very good option for getting from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Book your ticket online, and an agent will contact you via messenger with detailed information about the trip. They're always available and ready to respond if any problems arise. First, you'll be picked up from your hotel (if you're staying in the old town) in a small minibus and driven about 30 minutes to the company office, where you'll transfer to a larger sleeper bus. The departure was a little delayed, but it wasn't a big deal. The bus itself is very comfortable, with a pillow, blanket, headphones, water, and even a massage chair. It's great to sleep in both the upper and lower berths. Returning from Sara, you'll also be picked up from your hotel; you can go straight from the bus station near the market. There are two 25-minute stops along the way, where you can go to the restroom and grab a bite to eat. Thank you very much, everything was great.β

The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.β

I went on the Ninh Binh day trip, which went to Hoa Lu - Mua Caves - Trang An . The whole day was brilliantly organised by Luca. He messaged in the day leading up to confirm the pickup times and locations, also gave plenty of history and context, whilst also adding in a bunch of jokes! The history he guided us through at the first stop was super fascinating! Overall would highly recommend doing Ning Binh through this group if youβre looking for one! Hits all the right spots.β

We flew out of Nha Trang Airport. We booked fast track access 24 hours in advance. They messaged me on WhatsApp, and they explained everything. We arrived at the airport and first checked in for our flight. Then a young man met us and took us to a separate line for customs. It took us 5 minutes to get through customs. There were about 40 people in the regular line, which wasn't very crowded. We arrived 3 hours before departure, so this service wasn't really necessary. But it's better to spend the extra time shopping than standing in line. If you're short on time and have a lot of flights and people waiting, I definitely recommend using this service.ξ₯
