The signal was pretty good; the only areas with poor signal during this trip to Switzerland were Lake Öschnön and Gorngret. I received cross-border SMS notifications, but there was a section between Italy and Switzerland where the signal didn't automatically switch and was temporarily unavailable. Making calls without using my mobile number was a bit troublesome (the customer service response was incomprehensible; it seemed I needed to log in online to check, but some of the explanations were unclear and I couldn't log in).Trip.com picks
