Bring a swimsuit & flip-flops! (towel is provided) Visited in February. Arrived after the time due to a flight delay so I could not use the locker in the main changing room, but since they were not too busy I was able to use a larger locker in the hall (after changing in the changing room) There are 4 saunas. It can be a little hard to find all of them all as some are better marked than others. 3 inside, 1 outside. There's also an opportunity to dip in the sea. Path outside is very cold in the winter, you will need shoes. Staff was helpful.

It was truly amazing, an excellent bus tour with a guided history in several languages, although not in Portuguese. The stops were in strategic locations. It gave a good overview of the city and allowed me to explore it on foot afterwards.


