I booked a London Eye tour for my client, and the entire experience was excellent. The queue (including priority ticket renewal) moved quickly, and the staff were professional and polite. The area was convenient for providing explanations before entering. Client feedback was positive; the views overlook Big Ben and the South Bank were breathtaking, the pace was moderate, and it was easy to take photos. As a London landmark, it's definitely worth a visit.

The boarding location is very convenient; the Westminster to Tower Bridge section is the highlight of the cruise, and the commentary is very British and humorous.

If I were to travel to London with my parents, I’d come to think that taking a boat is a better option than walking around until my legs hurt. Thanks to a friend, I made my second visit to London. Since I had already done and seen most of the things to do on my first trip, I wanted to book a relaxing experience, so I made this reservation. The price is a bit steep, but it’s absolutely worth it for a 3-hour experience. My friend and I debated between the 3-course 4-hour jazz tour and the 4-course 3-hour live singer tour, and the food won!!! Hahaha (As expected, we love to eat). We were assigned middle seats, which meant we were less prone to motion sickness. The window view was nice, but it could get a bit cold. First off, they served us a welcome drink as soon as we boarded. It was champagne, and it was delicious. Once you enter, they show you to your seat and recommend a drink (this incurs an extra charge). We didn't want to pay the extra fee, and since we preferred water over a soft drink, we ordered tap water (you have to pay for still water too). The boat departs once everyone is on board, and it was great because it didn't shake much. It departed from the Big Ben area, circled around right below it near Tate Britain, and then went to the Millennium The route goes to the Dome and returns to Big Ben. The boat stops briefly in the middle to serve a meal (I heard the boat isn't designed for cooking!). After finishing our meal and enjoying the music, we found ourselves near the Millennium Tower. Conversely, although we went up halfway, we came out from the Millennium Tower onwards. Perhaps because we went in cold weather, we went back down halfway and then went back up at Tower Bridge to finish sightseeing. Time flew by so quickly that it was a shame, but it was great to be able to enjoy the experience comfortably! The food started with an appetizer, followed by warm soup and a chicken dish. I was surprised by how delicious the chicken was. The final dessert was Tiramisu, which was just average. Honestly, since my purpose was just to have fun, I didn't expect much from the food, but I was surprised by how good it was. There were many families, groups, and couples there. Everyone was dancing and having fun; it was great to see such a variety of things to enjoy! I recommend this if you want to enjoy a relaxing night in London!
