This chartered car trip from Guangzhou to Shenzhen was a fantastic experience! We booked two cars, and the company even upgraded our vehicle for free, which was incredibly thoughtful. The upgraded car was very high-end, spacious, and comfortable, with massage chairs inside, which everyone loved. The entire journey was very comfortable, a perfect experience!
The customer service was also excellent—friendly and patient, responding promptly to any questions and actively helping to resolve them, which made us feel very at ease. The driver was also very kind and polite, even helping with our luggage; the service was very attentive.
Overall, the service from customer service and the driver, as well as the comfort of the vehicle, exceeded our expectations. We were extremely satisfied with this chartered car experience and highly recommend it to anyone needing to travel from Guangzhou to Shenzhen! We will definitely choose this company again next time!★

It was fine. 4 OUT OF 5. Oveall it was nice experience. There was some need for improved communication skills.of driver as they could.not speak english. I had booked 2 taxis. One driver managed english with the help of google translator. Overall i am satisfied. Travelled on 28 sep. With 8 family members.★
