I've used the service twice now. It's easy: fill out the app and provide your contact information. The information will then link to the service provider. When you arrive, find your name and inform the officer holding the sign. They'll take you to a special lane with fewer people. It's very convenient.★

Upon landing, I proceeded towards the immigration area and the ambassador was holding my name placard. Was escorted to the Immigration clearance through Cabin Crew Counter. Fast and efficient service. Advisable to book Premium category.★

Traveling on 9/15, I bought it only for the entrance. It took about 10 minutes to get through immigration. The other side had a long queue. It's good that I decided to buy it. The departure was short, taking only 10-15 minutes.
