They were very polite and courteous, and the driver was very considerate. This company, from the staff to the driver, is excellent. You can communicate beforehand via WhatsApp to confirm the itinerary and whether there are any extra charges. The driver will also confirm with you the night before, open the car door for you, and wait in the parking lot to appear at any time.

Initially, we confirmed the price and availability of a scooter drop-off service at our hotel through Trip. We then exchanged WhatsApp contacts. The scooter arrived very punctually and was even waiting for us outside early – we couldn't believe how nice the shop was! They brought two scooters for us to choose from. Later, due to scheduling conflicts, we asked them to pick up the scooter from another hotel, and they were incredibly helpful and efficient, accommodating our departure time. They responded immediately to any questions we had – truly a fantastic shop! I'll definitely use them again next time I'm in the area.

We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.
