At the first stop, I accidentally left a bag as I passed by IO verification; the staff made sure it was taken cared of and returned to me. Convenient and efficient. We bought the tickets for 1:30pm but we arrived much earlier at 12:30pm due to travel plan change, luckily they could still take care of us as the van is not full.
