Reviews: 1-day tour of Quanzhou, Fujian including South Shaolin Temple, Luoyang Bridge, Kaiyuan Temple, and Xunpu Village with guide service

Overall, the itinerary was good. Meeting time was 9:30 AM and dismissal time was 4:00 PM. The schedule was relaxed and not rushed, focusing on classic attractions. Lunch was delicious, and I bought a ticket with a puppet show, which I felt was a great deal.

The hotel has a great location, right in Tsim Sha Tsui, making shopping very convenient and close to Victoria Harbour. There are two Sasa stores right outside, and plenty of tea restaurants. The hotel is very clean, and Ctrip VIP members can enjoy afternoon tea and internet access in the VIP room. The hotel pool is also fantastic. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The biggest problem with traveling in the off-season is... the off-season is precisely because it's not as good for sightseeing... This time we were caught in the rain... it rained for three days straight, and it was so cold... boohoo. Although the misty Li River is nice, I still think it would be even more beautiful on a sunny day. The Xiangjiang Hotel in Guilin was rather average; no air conditioning and a small bathroom. Guifu Hotel in Yangshuo was nice, but unfortunately we only had one night there, haha. Because we took an early morning Air China flight, we were a bit aimless on the first day. If you don't have any particular places you want to visit in Guilin, you could actually choose to arrive later. Overall, it was actually quite enjoyable! But I plan to go again in the summer next time...
