Our guide, Shashi, was FIVE stars! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Pickup at our hotel was perfect, communication and coordination throughout the day was excellent, and we had an appropriate anoint of time at each spot. Shashi seemed to know everyone at each of our venues which really helped at certain points. For example, a special event was happening at Chowmahalla Palace so a portion of it was blocked to visitors but Shashi got us in with full access. We would 1,000% work with 5 Senses Tours again in a heartbeat - we often have regular company visitors to our Hyderabad office and we will most definitely book with these guys again!★
