Curtis and our bus driver were amazing—so friendly, polite, and patient. The entire tour felt well‑guided, and Curtis added so much value by sharing the history of different areas and helping us capture great family photos at key spots. It really made the experience memorable. I do wish we had a bit more time at the Cup Noodles Museum and shopping at Mosaic, but I understand that a one‑day tour has to fit in a lot. My family and I would love to return to Kobe for a longer stay someday to experience even more of what the city has to offer.

The tour guide was professional and considerate, providing engaging commentary throughout and even helping us avoid peak tourist seasons. The itinerary was well-planned, with ample time spent at each attraction. I like that the schedule is flexible. I was able to get ready faster than expected on both the outbound and return trips, so I was able to move my reservation time up and use the service successfully. I used to hug my suitcase and take the Nankai Airport Line subway because I thought it was a waste of money, but since that costs around 10,000 won anyway—especially if you are traveling with children or elderly parents—it is much better to just pay a few thousand won more and take the Rapit.
