Reviews: Nusa Penida: Snorkeling at 3-4 Best Spots with Underwater Photos

We took two snorkeling trips here. The first time, we skipped Manta Point due to high waves, and it was the captain's wise and responsible decision. That day, we managed to visit Gamat Bay and two spots opposite the tourist beach, away from the rocks. We saw coral and tropical fish, including blue tangs, fox ray, butterflyfish, angelfish, Moorish idols, clownfish, and many other tropical fish. We were lucky enough to spot a sea turtle at one spot. The staff takes free GoPro footage, and in the evening, you can access your photos and videos via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. All necessary equipment is provided free of charge. Complimentary water is provided on board, and upon returning to port, free towels are provided, along with a public shower and toilet, which are also free to use. On our second trip, we managed to spot two manta rays. I can definitely say that this is the most affordable offer online. Everything was safe and very well organized. I recommend these guys!!!👍

If you come to Nusa Penida, be sure to take a snorkeling tour. Each spot offers unique water experiences. Among them, I booked this tour through Trip.com, and it was particularly satisfying. The price was reasonable, the boat was clean, and the guide was friendly.

I booked through Trip.com, and the customer service was excellent and responsive. The package included hotel pick-up and drop-off, and the driver was professional and punctual. The dive instructor was also very professional. The waves were too high that day, and due to safety concerns, we couldn't go to Manta Point/Manta Bay. The instructor, prioritizing our safety, explained everything in detail, but the waves were too big to risk. The only downside was that there were six of us—three of us and the other group—who stayed together the entire time. We hired two additional safety officers, but we were separated into two groups while at sea. There was only one camera throughout the entire trip; I'm not sure if it's because I brought my own, but the instructor's camera didn't have many photos of me and my friends.

They said the meeting was until 5 in the morning, but it was only 6, so I waited on the platform for an hour. I was supposed to ride with a foreign couple and a group, but they didn't let me because there were no seats, so I rode with the locals and watched~ Thanks to that, I left early and came back early. There were about 10-20 dolphins, and I swam with the white-naped dolphins, but I couldn't watch them for long because I had to hang on to them. It was funny how there were surprisingly many boats and they all flocked to dolphins when they saw them. ㅎㅎ 🤣 While looking at the coral reef 🪸, I found out that freediving was available, so I dived 75k and got paid 💰 ㅋㅋ I think I'll go back 👀 when I find Treasure Island 🤣
