The booking process through trip.com was seamless. I did the booking for same days just 2-3 hours apart from departure and it got confirmed within a few minutes. The cruise departed on time and took almost 2 hours for us to get back. The major downside however was the lack of live guide but they played recording in different languages which was out of timing at some places. This was a major setback for someone doing the cruise for the first time. Otherwise I am happy with my experience overall
