I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but I'm doing this because I'm truly satisfied. Customer service representative Charlotte was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions. It was thanks to her that I booked three trips, including one three months from now. The driver/guide I met on the day was also wonderful. She's a Xinjiang girl, not Dilraba Dilmurat, but she was professional, efficient, and kind.

Worked well, easy to install and activate on landing. So much cheaper than the bigger named one we used last year in Japan. Will use Trip for our eSIMs in future now, having had one for Korea and one for Japan without any problems on the latest trip. Great price.
