Reviews: Prague: Karlovy Vary Day Trip with Watchtower and Funicular

It was very hot on the bus; the air conditioning wasn't working. Everything else was fine, although it rained a bit, but it was okay after that. We took the funicular up and had lunch at the restaurant at the top, which was very good. On the way down, we stopped at the intermediate station and walked down to see an Orthodox church; the path down was very beautiful.

A very insightful visit on the horror of WW II. The small fortress used as a prison was sobering, with the large fortress used as a Jewish ghetto for Czeh and other nationals disposed Jews.
