It's convenient because you can find it right after exiting the departure hall. The staff was friendly and set it up quickly. The signal was decent, and I used it well. However, I was a little worried because my plan was suspended after 35GB, which was a bit of a concern. I was satisfied because the price was cheaper than buying unlimited data on-site.

This was my first time using a short-term eSIM overseas, and it was easy to install and use, which was great. I also had no complaints about the signal. Setting it up on my iPhone was very easy, but my husband's Android phone was a bit tricky to set up, so it may be more complicated depending on the model. It was more expensive when I looked elsewhere, so this low price and ease of use are fantastic. I'd definitely use it again. I'm giving it a mid-range rating because I didn't use customer support.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.


