I love the experience of seeing one of Japan's National Treasure - the Inuyama Castle. As far as the tour service is concerned, there was a bit of hiccup in the start because our guide could not find my name on the list of guests. It was also unclear how to visually find the tour guide in the meetup point (ex. Other tours would specify finding a person with a blue flag or a crocodile plushie). Email instruction for the meetup just gave the name and number of the tour guide, which is difficult considering (1) there are many tour guides in the area, (2) not all tour guides are able to speak English even from the same company. Also, I felt that the stay in each destination is kind of rushed, 20 or 30 minutes shorter than how the tour is described in the description. Nonetheless, good experience overall.

We had a truly fantastic day. The weather was superb, the scenery magnificent, and the hike very accessible. Our guide was excellent: friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, which she shared through fascinating anecdotes about the places we visited. I highly recommend this excursion; it will remain one of the best memories of our trip.

The day trip was well-organized, and everyone in the group was punctual. All four attractions on the itinerary were fantastic! Our guide, Guo, was very dedicated and even introduced us to local delicacies… The driver was also very attentive, greeting us every time we got on or off the bus. Thank you, Guide Guo! Thank you, driver! Overall, a fantastic experience, excellent service, and great value for money.


