Prompt updates on luggage status, on-time delivery, and very patient customer service. Truly hassle-free! Just a note: if you're sending luggage from hotel to airport, the timing might be a little tight if you plan to have ample time to shop after security. Plan ahead so you don’t rush. Highly recommend having your boarding pass and luggage tag printed beforehand — once you collect your bags, you can paste the tags and check them in right away. Overall, a great service that made traveling from Kyoto to Osaka hands-free and easy. Will definitely use again for hotel → airport!
