On Kai Bae Beach, Koh Chang, the signal frequently switches from 5G to 4G or 4G+. Because of this, WhatsApp calls are interrupted while switching from 5G to 4G. On Klong Prao Beach, Koh Chang, the 5G signal is more stable. The myAIS app is convenient for entering passport information. After you submit a photo of your passport, myAIS will immediately recognize your last name, first name, and passport number. If the photo is blurry or out of focus, it will prevent you from activating your esIM. No manual processing required; verification is instant.

The network is very stable. I used it in the Don Mueng area and the signal was fine. I used an iPhone and the installation was very convenient. There was an install button directly when I opened the app. I could press it in advance when I had wifi or data, and then I could turn on data roaming when I arrived at my destination and use it.
