We booked first class with transfer, as the photos showed standard accommodation in the lower section. In fact, standard accommodation is available on the first floor with proper windows, and you can also stay on deck in good weather. The description promised drinks and snacks, but there were none.

Everything works perfectly, both to and from Phi Phi. One downside is that the ferry can be delayed and take longer than expected, so plan ahead. Also, keep in mind that a one-day trip to Phi Phi isn't the most efficient solution; plan for 1-2 days with an overnight stay.

We booked a hotel pick up and ferry from Krabi to PhiPhi and it went very smoothly. The pick up was on time and the van was clean and comfortable . The price was the cheapest we had seen so it was a win win!! Will deffo book this again!!
