The first half of the trip was disappointing and unpleasant, but thanks to the arrangements made by customer service representative Fatty and tour guide Master Yan, the latter half was very pleasant. Therefore, a positive review must go to Master Yan and customer service representative Fatty. The unpleasant part: There were only two families in the group, a total of four people, so I naturally assumed we would be arranged in a five-seater vehicle. For a six-hour journey, seat comfort is crucial. However, a nine-seater minibus arrived in the morning, already carrying four people. We were crammed into the very last row, the most cramped seats, without any prior notice. I had considered the number of people: if I had known it was eight people traveling, I would have proactively contacted the driver and taken a taxi to be the first to board. But now I was completely unprepared, not even bringing motion sickness patches. What's even more unacceptable is that I booked "hotel pick-up" on Ctrip (hotel pick-up is more expensive than designated pick-up), purely out of trust in the platform. The first customer service representative told me, "Hotel pick-up guests are going the same way, so they're ranked later"—I completely disagree with this logic. Hotel pick-up is more expensive than designated pick-up, yet I was ranked last. Why didn't I just use the hotel's own chartered vehicle? The first customer service representative's handling of the situation infuriated me. Turning Point and Positive Feedback: Fortunately, a second customer service representative—Fatty—coordinated the situation. He was very decisive, immediately arranging a new car and a dedicated guide/driver—Mr. Yan—to transport only our group of four. The new car was spacious and comfortable, and Mr. Yan was an exceptionally kind and skilled driver, patiently explaining everything along the way. He took us to the Wengji Bulang ethnic village, the Queen Bee Tree, and other unique locations, providing excellent explanations and information. We had a great time in the latter half of the trip. Summary: The initial vehicle arrangement and customer service responses were indeed infuriating, but Fatty's efficient resolution and Mr. Yan's professional service completely turned the experience around. Thank you to them, and I suggest the platform clarify the number of passengers and the pick-up/drop-off logic in the future to prevent trust from turning into offense. Positive feedback for Mr. Yan and Fatty! Highly recommended!

The driver was fantastic, very humorous, and spent the nearly four-hour drive telling us interesting local cultural anecdotes. We visited three ancient villages in total. Manghong Village, situated on high ground, is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset; it boasts an 800-year-old broccoli tree and feels very pristine. Wengji Village was, in my opinion, the best. Also situated on high ground, it's great for taking photos and has a lively, commercial atmosphere. Nuogan Village, nestled in a mountain valley, has the strongest commercial feel. The driver even waited for us to watch the sunset together.
