I was very pleased with the service, including assistance throughout the entire journey, and private transfers from the hotel to the bus and back to the hotel upon arrival in Sapa. The service on the bus was excellent. We chose the top row and were very pleased. We had a good view from the window and were very comfortable in the cabin for one person. The driver was very friendly. I recommend G8. The bottom row of seats is at floor level, so the choice is yours, but I preferred the top row for comfort and highly recommend it.★

Bus is on time. This bus is slightly outdated compared to to the bus that I took at G8. And the driver not really confirm number of passengers was in before he leave the rest stop
