We shared a bedroom with two other people. The space was adequate, and the price was cheap, so we were fairly satisfied with the booking. However, it was a pity that the booking stated that pick-up and drop-off were included within 3 kilometers. In reality, although we filled in the location as only about 1 kilometer away, we were unable to get pick-up and drop-off. This should be improved. If there is no pick-up and drop-off, it should be clearly stated that there is no pick-up and drop-off, so as not to make consumers have high hopes for pick-up and drop-off.★

Upon I booked this VicSapa night train from Hanoi to Sapa, a lady was friendly acknowledging thru WhatsApp my booking & later reminded me how/what to do on the actual day at trainstation VIP room， where there were guys even helped me to carry my luggage to platform 8 & to the train. Thanks to the VicSapa staff.★

A very comfortable bus for a long journey. Pillow and blanket. Massage and exercise are available. Water bottles and wet wipes are provided. There are stops. Some buses have restrooms.★
