Amazing tour with the Hairy Coo tour company. The guide was just amazing! Never have I ever met such knowledgeable person who can so utterly captivate with their storytelling abilities. I came to Scotland with very vague understanding of the Scottish history, especially considering the Jacobite history. After this tour I've finally gathered a lot of valuable information. Also this tour is considered the longest of day tours among others, so be prepared for it. However, you travel on a big comfortable bus and can easily observe the High Lands en route with a lot of stops for sightseeing in different locations. I absolutely recommend this tour and tour company.

It was simply amazing, everything was prepared for wonderfully and the time line was very precise. A very big thank you to Rich who is just the best and funniest tour guide. Will definitely do this again if I am ever in Scotland again.

Really enjoyed it and would recommend. No jumpscares (unlike some ghost walks I've been on before) and decent family-suitable stories. Covers sections of the Royal Mile and some time underground, perfectly safe for children which was our main concern.


