Highly recommended. Getting up at 4 AM and driving 8-9 hours to the Grand Canyon makes it all worthwhile. I recommend the $20 guide fee; they provide clear explanations, help with photos, and minimize walking. I walked a lot in Vegas the day before, and my legs were sore, so I opted for a guide. Also, the driver, Chen or Chan, is Chinese and very nice; he drove a long way. At the end of the tour, the guide suggests a $20 tip. It's not mandatory, but I recommend it; the tour is very affordable, even cheaper than a show in Vegas, very reasonable.★

It was my first English guided tour and I was worried, but the guide was kind and wonderful experience! When I was in Horseshoe Bend, I moved from Nevada to Arizona, which affected the time difference and was a little confused about my time staying.★

Our tour with Captain Ed and his wife was absolutely fantastic! They were both delightful, and their energy truly made the tour unforgettable. They were funny, helpful, and incredibly accommodating, making sure everyone had a great time. I highly recommend them, as well as their amazing team members. The trip itself was enjoyable from start to finish, and even though it was a long day, Captain Ed and his wife never showed any signs of tiredness. Their enthusiasm and dedication to what they do really stood out. It was clear they love their work, and that passion made the tour even more special. If you're looking for a top-notch experience, you can't go wrong with them!★

Highly recommended as a taster trip for all the big sights. The guides offered information during the trip and visits, but also let us wander indepently to take in the views and get photographs.
