Bilingual Chinese and English tour guides, English tour guides are enthusiastic, Chinese tour guides are serious and meticulous. There is no place to worry about, the bus is very comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful all the way. There is enough time to play on Jungfrau. Very recommended★

We visited Jungfraujoch last 28th May 2025....
We had a great time during our tour, with our tour guide- KID DONGSAENSUK who was so entertaining, which made our visit more fun & relaxing... He looked after us so well- from our bus seats to taking videos & pictures.... Worth all the money...
Would recommend to friends planning to visit the place.★

First of all, a lot of reviews lambaste the tour guide, Kid. As first I could understand, but it became obvious it’s mostly a cultural /language difference. He had several different tours on one bus, we did something different than almost everyone else on the bus. He did not spend time answering questions if you were going to be with him all day, he needed to focus to get the others on their way on their own. He specifically pulled us aside, handled our tickets, told us exactly how to do our own journey, and he was correct and we were sure of ourselves once he let us go. On the way back he was quite entertaining and funny. On to the experience itself, we visited Kleine Shiedegg to se the north face of the Eiger, and it was gorgeous, and had a nice scenic train ride. Grindelwald was a nice place to spend some time as well.★

From my initial contact with Chris I knew this was going to be a great tour. I wanted to see parts of Switzerland that many people did not get to see. Natural nature attractions, beautiful landscapes, quaint villages and a special place with a beautiful view for lunch . Chris delivered that and more on our private tour. He is very knowledgeable about the areas you visit and is a great conversationalist.
It was the best day we had in Switzerland, in fact that day was the highlight of our 14 day trip. If you are planning a trip to Switzerland, I would not hesitate ……..email Chris now ! You will have an excellent tour and make a great friend !
