Enjoyable morning making pasta over a glass of white, Rosie and two reds. Hosts spoke excellent English, were engaging and fun whilst imparting some simple skills. Light lunch included (effectively the pasta you made). Age 50 to 60 couple in a group of just 4 so plenty of attention. Good fun with lots of laughter.★

We enjoyed our tastings at the Wine Bistro!! I had read that this was a seated tasting vs a "tour" and after walking so much already on this trip, that appealed to us! We had a group of 7 during our tasting. The wines and accompanying food pairings were well thought out and enjoyable. Our group ended up ordering more bottles of wine and food and spent the rest of the evening enjoying ourselves! We also loved the walk to the location through Old Town!! Great evening!★

This was such an absolutely wonderful experience to share with my family. The hostesses were remarkable and so warm and inviting. We enjoyed so much learning the recipes from their family traditions. The meal was a complete success, even though we had to remake the egg white cream for the tiramisu because my sons didn’t know how to separate eggs. Teenagers, ages 19, 17 and 15 expressed how much they loved going and how it was one of their favorite things to do. We far too much because it was so delicious and I highly encourage this memorable experience in a very quaint setting of the chefs home.★

Excellent cultural history and local tastes of food, small group, a great way to get to know Lecce first. I would recommend for first time visitors, do this tour day one, then use it as a guide to spend more time on what you find interesting, the culture, food, history, churches, architecture, or people.
