The driver, Master Li, and the tour guide, Sister Li, are very good. The drive is very long, but they will always talk to us about Yunnan and introduce the scenery along the way, especially my father said anything about 😅😅😅 but they are also very patient to listen and respond. Because the itinerary was only one day, I couldn't enter the interior of Shangri-La, but they determined the itinerary and route with me in advance, so the overall satisfaction. The restaurants they introduced are also delicious. In front of the scenery, we will take the initiative to take pictures of our home, introduce the good-looking places to take pictures, and the way to go is better. We will also tell you in advance how the next stop is. At some attractions, we want to take a long time, they will also adjust immediately, suggesting what changes can be made to our next itinerary. And because we have to take care of my father, we have to bring more things when we get off the bus. The coat, food and drinks, the tour guide sister will take the initiative to help us take the coat, so that we can take pictures. It is really intimate.★

I had an incredible experience in Lijiang, thanks to William and Liu. Both are genuinely amazing individuals who went above & beyond to assist me & my partner throughout the day. Their service was exceptional from start-finish.
Even though we only had one day in Lijiang, everything ran smoothly & exactly as planned. William provided us with all the necessary information, & we were able to do all the activities I had hoped for. He is fluent in Chinese & speaks excellent English, making communication effortless. Even if you don’t speak Chinese/English, I’m confident that translation apps like Google Translate can bridge the gap.
The tour company also contacted me about two weeks before the tour to gather our details for insurance purposes (which is mandatory in China) & provided a clear, detailed itinerary in advance.
If you’re short on time in Lijiang, I highly recommend this tour. All you need to do is sit back & enjoy – they will handle the rest!★

Beautiful and impressive place. Clean nature. Even though there were many people on the day we went, it didn't feel uncomfortable. William is a good guide and leader. Not only that, he took beautiful photos and recommended photo spots. The videos he took helped us to keep the memories of that time. The kind and professional driver made us feel safe all the way.★

My guide was William. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and helpful. I found it very efficient to have a guide in the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain area, because it’s a bit complicated to know where to go to get the tickets and then the bus and then the cable car. With a guide you can just relax and not have to work it all out for yourself. Some areas, like the Blue Moon Lakes were very busy, and this isn’t even high season, but even more reason to have a guide who can get you to see the famous places and then help you out of the crazy crowds quickly. All in all I am glad I booked this tour.
