The excursion started off promisingly: the driver met us at the hotel, and we communicated via WeChat and a translator. However, when we checked the route, it turned out that the first location wasn't on our itinerary. The driver couldn't clearly explain what this place was, why we were there, and what to do next. An unpleasant conversation escalated into a conversation with the organizer, but we still couldn't figure out whether it was a glitch at the top and the driver wasn't given our plan, or whether she herself didn't understand us, despite the list and screenshots from Trip. Luckily, we were then taken to the Silver Cave—an incredibly beautiful place that instantly lifted our spirits. After we got off, the same driver informed us that they were changing drivers, and the new one turned out to be a real savior: he took us to all the points, showed us everything, took a million amazing photos—a hero! Thanks to him, the excursion was a success. We figured out the rest of the translation details ourselves—it's no one's fault that we don't know. Chinese, we adapted, and in the end, everything worked out great. Thanks to the driver and team for their professionalism and service!

I went on May 6th. Since it wasn't a holiday, it wasn't too crowded. They picked me up from my hotel near the high-speed rail station at 7:30 AM sharp, but I had to cross the street to get to the pick-up point. We arrived at the Mopanshan Wharf parking lot around 8:50 AM, and after a few minutes, we got our tickets from the tour guide and were dismissed. You only know the specific ship, cabin class, and departure time when you get your ticket on the day of the trip. On this day, my ticket showed a departure time of 9:45 AM. On the bus, it seemed like the tour guide kept introducing various attractions and travel agencies. Fortunately, the noise wasn't too loud, and wearing AirPods Pro 1 helped block it out quite well, so I wasn't disturbed much while sleeping. Hot water is provided on the ship, but I recommend bringing your own instant noodles for lunch.

The sister who was responsible for our tour was so kind.. we used translation apps to communicate but still she calmly explained all of our queries .. and the places, specifically visiting the silver cave is an unforgettable experience… another thing we enjoyed most was the bamboo rafting… the scenery is very calm and charming. Overall is was one or our most exciting day in China

Everything went perfectly. Contact, pick-up service, boat tour, guided tour in German just for the four of us, and return trip. Mr. Tang took excellent care of us and organized everything, including the raft trip on the Yulong River, which no tourist should miss. Our 4-star tour was upgraded to 5-star, which meant even more comfort and fewer tourists on the boat. You couldn't ask for better service.

This small group tour was a fantastic experience! Our guide, Mr. Xie, was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and patient – ​​his service was superb. The itinerary was excellent; we didn't miss any of the highlights of Yangshuo, and the tour wasn't too rushed. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day – a definite thumbs up! I would definitely recommend this travel agency to friends. From initial inquiries to the end of the tour, they responded promptly and patiently at every step, and there was no hard selling of shopping – excellent!
