The service was excellent. They picked us up from the pier, helped with our luggage, booked our hotel, and the food was very special. They even bought us food, played with the kids, and took photos for us while we were snorkeling.

Anyone who wants to see manta rays should choose these guys, who will take you to Manta Point. Manta rays are there 90% of the time, as we were told, and they were right, and we saw manta rays. All tourists are taken to Manta Bay, which has a lot of mixed reviews, so don't hesitate to choose these guys. They'll also give you underwater photos as a bonus 🫶🏽

I highly recommend booking with them. We are a family of four with young children aged 5 and 6. We really liked how they are flexible with the tour arrangement and have a customer-first mentality. While we booked a group snorkelling at blue lagoon, we got almost like a private boat with only 5 pax on board including us. The part that really made us very satisfied with them is their flexibility with rearranging tour based on our wants. We booked a day trip to blue lagoon with coffee plantation. We told the driver we have visited a previous coffee plantation before and would like to skip it. He offered us to change to a nearby popular kanto lampo waterfall instead at no additional cost. He even recommended a great restaurant along the way for us to try bali’s best babi guling. Truely a great operator!

Booked at a good price and they board from harbour which is easier to get up the boat. Love their guide as well as his instructions are clear and as we are early he still ask if we will like to go some other place to snorkel or go back. Anyway i have seen a manta ray which is good enough.
