We followed the Trip.com guide and have a smooth and interesting hop on hop off Big Bus experience. We first enjoyed the Red Route at Paddington Station stop, and joined Blue Route later on. Definitely a joyful day for a family of 5 with 3 children.

I bought tickets for the Arsenal vs Bayern Europa League match. My seats were very close together, the atmosphere was great, and I was in the first few rows of the longside lower section. The customer service team was very attentive and answered all my questions; their service was top-notch.
