Reviews: New Orleans: Sunday Steamboat Jazz Cruise + Optional Brunch

We really enjoyed it. We did think it needed minor improvements. There was no band on the way in (as per the description), we didn’t expect brunch to be so early. It could have been done on the 2nd leg as we were still eating when the guide was talking and it wasn’t very clear in the restaurant area. We only caught the end of the band after we ate, had a tour of the boat then sat down to listen to the music. It was fun, just needs a bit of tweaking to make it 5 stars.

This was such a fun experience learning some of the history of New Orleans and trying some delicious food and cocktails. Ben was a wonderful tour guide! I definitely recommend the tour and come hungry!

I went on my first solo trip to New Orleans and wanted to experience the local cuisine while learning about the city’s history. Charles was our tour guide, and he was absolutely amazing! You can immediately tell how passionate he is about New Orleans - its food, history, and culture. Every stop had delicious food and drinks, with the jambalaya being my favorite. Charles made the tour incredibly fun and engaging, and I learned so much about the local restaurants and the history behind the dishes. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to New Orleans! I would highly recommend this tour to solo travelers, family, couples, etc (our tour group was a blend of all).
