Ryan (AKA Papi Chulo) was fabuloso! He made sure the group had a great time and he kept the energy up. The tour was fun and he made sure everyone in the group felt included. He also took great pics of the whole experience. I would recommend this tour and Papi Chulo as your guide.

The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the weather, which was no one's fault, we did not get to complete the tour. We did not make it to the rain forest. Puerto Rico closed the rain forest due to flooding. Since we only toured Old Dan Juan, the tour company kindly issued a refund.

We had lots of fun with Tristan who was very knowledgeable and confident in guiding us through the hike. He helped us through several challenging spots with a smile. I would recommend guests having swim skills for this activity because a lot of it is in the water. The river was beautiful!

Highlight of the whole trip. The guides were fantastic - funny and conscientious. The trip tested the kids (9yo and 14 yo) with rock water slides, cliff jumps and rope swings but there was difficulty levels for all ages. Everyone in the family said this was their favorite day of the whole trip. Highly recommended.


