I had such an amazing time exploring El Yunque Rainforest! Our tour guide-Jonathan, made the whole experience unforgettable — super funny, friendly, and full of great energy. The views were stunning, the vibe was perfect, and I left feeling like I experienced something really special. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico — you’ll have a blast! 🌴✨

The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the weather, which was no one's fault, we did not get to complete the tour. We did not make it to the rain forest. Puerto Rico closed the rain forest due to flooding. Since we only toured Old Dan Juan, the tour company kindly issued a refund.

Brandon was AMAZING!! He was attentive to every person and event during the tour. The water slides were breathtaking. Wear shoes with grips! It is not a long walk but can be very slippery. Brandon was magical with the way he appeared next to anyone who started to struggle. He was so much fun!! The only negative was that the air conditioning on the bus did not work. Brandon pulled over to make sure we could open the windows for a more comfortable ride. The windows made it much easier to breathe! He made up for this with his personality and recommendations on our beach visit. Would def book Brandon for any excursion!

We had lots of fun with Tristan who was very knowledgeable and confident in guiding us through the hike. He helped us through several challenging spots with a smile. I would recommend guests having swim skills for this activity because a lot of it is in the water. The river was beautiful!


