The service was excellent. After booking, we set up a WeChat group for communication. Our flight to Luxor was delayed the day we arrived, so we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and get a room number, but we ended up checking in in the wee hours. They even waited for us until we checked in and got our room number. I really don't think it's worth using an agent just to save money. Not only is the communication cost high, but it's also insecure. After spending a lot of money on a trip, it's better to prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience.★

I would really be sad not to take a hot air balloon in Luxor, the scenery here is really unique! And the captain is particularly good, in order for all directions to see all the scenery, will always adjust the direction by controlling the hot air balloon, and he will patiently explain to us what the buildings on the ground are, and then some in order to see more clearly, Will really land to the air close to the attractions for us to watch★
