The instructions are not very clear and after passing the immigration, it was not the same coach to continue the journey.

Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. We will definitely choose this company again for our next trip.

This trip is a convenient way to travel from Macau to Hing Kong, or vice versa. The attendants were really nice and helpful. At the first stop, I accidentally left a bag as I passed by IO verification; the staff made sure it was taken cared of and returned to me. The overall process from pick up to drop off were straight forward and efficient. Thank you!

Car model assigned as per description/quote. Booking process rather smooth though it requires quote and confirmation via the Chatbot before placing the order as instructed. Driver is professional and able to converse in both Cantonese and Mandarin. Overall journey from Macau to Hong Kong (door to door) took about 1 hour 40 minutes and was smooth (probably due to the morning timing though on a weekend). The car model was able to fit two 24-inch, one 28-inch and one child size cabin luggage. Additional soft bags can be placed in passenger seat section. Will consider this option if travel from Hong Kong to other nearby places such as Zhuhai or Macau if visiting again (^_^)

Five stars for the driver! He waited for me at the agreed location beforehand and proactively helped me with my luggage. The driving was very smooth throughout the trip; he was familiar with the roads, which made me feel safe. The chartered car service saved me the hassle of carrying large luggage to and from the high-speed rail station. It was a direct and comfortable trip, and I would definitely choose to charter a car again next time I go to Hong Kong.


